^§Upon full payment for The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Exclusive Vacation Package we will send an E-Travel Document to the e-mail provided at the time of booking.  The E-Travel Document will include confirmation instructions, destination information and details about your Special Themed Keepsake Box. Residents of the United States and Canada who submit final payment at least thirty (30) days prior to departure will receive their Special Themed Keepsake Box via UPS Home Delivery which will be shipped twenty-one (21) days prior to departure to the address provided at the time of booking.  Residents of the United States and Canada who submit final payment between one (1) and twenty-nine (29) days prior to departure and residents of any country other than the United States and Canada will have their Special Themed Keepsake Box delivered to their hotel within twenty-four (24) hours of arrival and should follow ticketing instructions contained within the E-Travel Document. Maximum of eight (8) lanyards per Special Themed Keepsake Box.

⁸Upon full payment for The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Exclusive Vacation Package we will send an E-Travel Document to the e-mail provided at the time of booking.  The E-Travel Document will include confirmation instructions, destination information and details about your Shutterbutton’s™ Photography Studio session. Valid for one (1) Studio session per room and a maximum of five (5) guests per session. Session includes: one (1) commemorative Shutterbutton’s experience DVD in a Shutterbutton’s Photography Studio DVD case with access to unlimited digital views and one (1) 8” x 10” photo print.  Access to digital viewing is provided by Colorvision International Inc. and is subject to additional terms and conditions.  Data rates and other charges may apply. Please check with your carrier.

³Airline tickets are non-refundable. In the event you make changes or rebook your vacation package, the original airfare paid may be applied toward a new ticket, subject to the airlines’ rules and regulations, as well as the payment of a re-ticketing fee and any differences in airfare amounts. In the event you cancel and do not rebook your vacation package, you will need to make any changes to future travel directly with the airline, subject to its rules and regulations, as well as payment of a re-ticketing fee and any differences in airfare amounts. Additional restrictions apply. Reservations must be made 14 days in advance.
